NEW YORK — Eight Sleep, the leading sleep fitness company, today announced a multi-year partnership with the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, becoming the team’s Official Sleep Recovery Partner.
One of the most valuable and most-followed franchises in sports, the Dallas Cowboys have already integrated the Eight Sleep Pod across their recovery protocols and join a growing roster of elite sports partners who recover on Eight Sleep, including Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team, IRONMAN Europe, and UAE Team Emirates XRG in cycling.
Football games are faster and more physical than ever, and the season is a grind. Between weekly contact, constant travel, and compressed recovery windows, how well players recover has become as decisive as how they train.

Sleep tracking and real-time individualized improvement for athletes

The Eight Sleep Pod tracks heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, and sleep stages every night without requiring players to wear anything to bed. It then uses that data to automatically heat or cool each side of the bed independently throughout the night, creating a personalized sleep environment for each individual.
Members see up to 34% more deep sleep and a 32% average increase in sleep quality scores, informed by Eight Sleep’s platform of billions of hours of real-world sleep data.
This combination of precise, non-wearable tracking and automatic temperature adjustment made the Pod a natural fit for how the Dallas Cowboys already approach performance.

From the locker room to a team-wide standard
Like many of Eight Sleep’s partnerships across Formula One, tennis, and padel, this one began with the athletes themselves.
Eight Sleep first installed Pods for players during the Cowboys’ 2026 training camp in Oxnard, California.
As adoption grew, the partnership expanded beyond camp, with Pods installed in team members’ homes, integrating sleep and recovery into both their nightly routines and year-round performance environment.
“Before any consideration is given to nutrition, hydration, or any type of recovery modality, we first address sleep. Sleep is the foundation of recovery, and from there we build a recovery program. Extending recovery to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will also recover on the Pod throughout the partnership.
