Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen, the chic European-inspired restaurant and lounge from Alora Hospitality Group (AHG), is now serving weekend brunch in Downtown Frisco at 8763 7th St, Frisco, TX 75034. Known for its richly designed interiors, shareable European-inspired plates, and precision-crafted cocktails, Elaine’s is adding a new reason to visit — a spirited brunch experience that blends indulgent bites with morning bubbles and laid-back sophistication.
Crafted by Chef Amy DiBiase, AHG’s Chief Operating Officer and Culinary Director, the new brunch menu reflects her signature balance of European technique and modern Texas warmth. Guests can expect a mix of craveable comfort foods, bright seasonal flavors and a cocktail program to match.
New brunch menu highlights include the Horchata French Toast, featuring brioche layered with caramelized banana, candied pecans, and horchata-cream cheese drizzle; Elaine’s Benedict, a twist on the classic with poached eggs over grit cakes, chimichurri hollandaise, and options like beef short rib, blue crab, or blistered tomato; and the Smoked Salmon Tartine, with avocado, pickled red onion, Chef Amy’s tartar, and hard-boiled egg on toasted sourdough.
The Potato-Rosemary Frittata, made with caramelized onions, roasted bell pepper-almond pesto, and Parmesan, delivers a satisfying gluten-free option, while Buttermilk Biscuits & Gravy with Mexican chorizo and green onion salsa bring a bold, savory touch.
Guests with a sweet tooth can finish with Cannoli Cream Crepes, filled with ricotta, chocolate chips, candied orange, and pistachio.
Lighter selections such as Coconut Overnight Oats, Seasonal Yogurt Parfait, and Quiche Lorraine round out the menu, while Belgian Waffles — served plain, with strawberries and cream, or with cinnamon-rum apple flambé — provide a timeless brunch favorite.
“Brunch is that perfect blend of indulgence and connection,” said Chef Amy DiBiase. “We wanted to create dishes that encourage guests to slow down and savor the moment, with flavors that are bright, comforting, and just a little unexpected — much like Elaine’s itself.”
Thank you for signing up!
