Frisco, Texas – The Star District – located in the heart of the 91-acre campus of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility at The Star in Frisco – continues to expand its dynamic mix of dining, shopping, entertainment and wellness offerings. Today, The Star District announced plans to welcome Moxies, The Imperial Room and Élan Sculpt Club, alongside an expanded patio experience at Mi Cocina.
The latest announcements reflect both new investment in the district and continued commitment from longstanding tenants, with The Imperial Room coming from the team behind original Star District tenant Cane Rosso and Mi Cocina reinvesting in its existing location.
The announcements follow the recent appointment of The Retail Connection as The Star District’s leasing team, supporting the district’s continued growth and evolution.

885 sq ft | Opening August 2026
The team behind The Star District favorite Cane Rosso will introduce a new concept this September with the opening of The Imperial Room, an intimate cocktail lounge located directly next door to the pizzeria. The new concept from Dallas-based PILF Restaurant Group, which also operates Zoli’s Pizza and Thunderbird Pies, will transform the former Cow Tipping Creamery space into a sophisticated, adults-only destination.
With seating for just 25 to 30 guests, The Imperial Room will offer an intimate setting for pre-event cocktails, date nights, celebrations and late-night gatherings. Guests can expect a sophisticated cocktail program featuring expertly executed classics and original creations, complemented by elevated shareable plates and select entrées. Rich olive and navy tones, cozy booths and warm lighting will create a refined cocktail lounge atmosphere just steps from Ford Center and the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.
“We’ve loved being part of The Star for the last ten years, and Cow Tipping Creamery created a lot of great memories for our guests,” said Jay Jerrier, founder and owner of PILF Restaurant Group. “But ice cream is an incredibly seasonal business, and we’ve wanted to create a cocktail lounge for a long time. The Imperial Room gives us the opportunity to build something completely different—something that complements Cane Rosso, while also allowing our team to stretch creatively beyond pizza.”
