Buzz and Bustle Welcomes Summer with New Seasonal Bites & Beverages

Buzz and Bustle, The Village’s craft coffee house known for fresh-baked pastries and grab-n-go market, is welcoming the new season with the launch of its summer menu, available now.

Inspired by the bright flavors of  the season, the limited-time lineup features five specialty beverages, four bakery and grab-and-go items, and three lunch dishes that bring fresh ingredients and playful twists to familiar favorites.

The new summer menu brings a refreshing mix of seasonal flavor and creativity to Buzz and Bustle, giving The Village and the greater Dallas community a new lineup of drinks to sip and plates to snack on throughout the season.

Summer Beverage Menu Highlights:

• Almond Joy Nitro, an iced 20oz nitro cold brew, almond joy oat milk, garnished with shaved coconut
• Strawberry Shortcake Matcha, an iced 16oz strawberry matcha latte, vanilla cold foam, and strawberry streusel
• Peach Please, an iced 12oz peach syrup, sparkling water, and espresso
• Mango Sunrise, an iced 16oz mango and passionfruit lemonade. +add caffeine
• Affogato, vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of espresso or matcha

Summer Seasonal Bites Menu Highlights:

• Savory Danish, heirloom tomato, whipped ricotta, black pepper honey and fresh basil
• Sweet Danish, coconut pastry cream topped with a mango compote
• Proscuitto & Peach, toasted foccacia layered with proscuitto, arugula, burrata, peach, balsamic glaze
• Caprese Salad, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, burrata, celery, pickled onion and balsamic glaze

Summer Lunch Menu Highlights:

• Chicken Bacon Wrap, chicken, bacon, mozzarella, lettuce served with avocado ranch dressing
• PB&J, toasted Japanese milk bread layered with creamy peanut butter and strawberry jam
• Avocado Toast, country sourdough, avocado, bacon, arugula, shaved hard boiled egg

From morning coffee runs to midday lunch plans, guests can enjoy a summer menu that brings bright flavors and a seasonal refresh to every part of the day.
