The Dallas Cowboys will host a Cowboys Carne Asada on Saturday, September 19, bringing fans together for a day of celebrating Hispanic culture, food, music and football during Hispanic Heritage Month!
Following the success of last year’s inaugural celebration, Cowboys Carne Asada returns to the Miller LiteHouse at AT&T Stadium from 2–10 p.m., giving fans the perfect way to kick off Cowboys home opening weekend with family and friends.
The all-day event will feature a full lineup of live music, headlined by Dareyes de la Sierra, with performances from Cornelio Vega, 3BallMTY, La Reunion Norteña, Ray Burger and DJ Avi Glow.
Fans can also enjoy a variety of local food trucks throughout the event, highlighting the flavors and traditions that make Hispanic culture such a meaningful part of the Dallas Cowboys community.

The weekend excitement continues at AT&T Stadium as the Dallas Cowboys host the Washington Commanders the following day on Sunday, September 20 at 3:25 p.m. for their 2026 home opener.
