The Wicked Butcher at The Sinclair Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth culinary team will be preparing a wonderful Brunch à la carte this Mother’s Day 2023 and is serving Brunch each Sunday ongoing now.

Fresh Shucked Oysters   cocktail sauce, minus “8” mignonette

Lobster Bisque    pernod, shellfish fritters, scallion

Fried Artichokes   parmesan, oregano, lemon aioli

Wicked Eggs   parm tuile, paprika, quinoa, pickled red onion

Tuna & Foie Gras Torchon   ligurian olive oil, chives, maldon sea salt

Breakfast Tacos   barbacoa, egg scramble, breakfast potatoes, cotija cheese, pico de gallo

Pastrami Benedict  shaved pastrami on a toasted brioche bun, two poached farm eggs, classic hollandaise

Nutella Stuffed French Toast   hazelnuts, strawberry compote, maple honey syrup, chantilly cream 

Wicked Double Cheeseburger  double angus patties, American cheese, wicked steak sauce, red wine onions, jalapeño ranch, egg
