ARLINGTON, TEXAS – Dallas Cowboys today officially unveiled its new menu items for fans at AT&T Stadium for the 2023 NFL Season.
The new culinary creations will debut on Sunday, September 17 at the home opener when the Cowboys play the New York Jets.
Cowboys also presented a new line-up of merchandise and fun fan gear available at the Pro Shop at AT&T Stadium. Exciting new items include big Star bling, Stadium keepsakes, and drinkware including a heat-changing reveal Home of the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium Mug.
In addition, the fan experience at AT&T Stadium for the season was announced, as the Cowboys unveiled the schedule for the popular Rally Day pre-game experience on West Plaza at Miller Lite® House at AT&T Stadium will be held on four dates during the 2023 NFL season.
“Dallas Cowboys game day favorite flavors for fans are here this season in exciting new combinations, along with new and generous shareable items that fans will love with their beloved annual tradition of an excellent experience at AT&T Stadium,” said George Wasai, Vice President of Food and Beverage for Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium. “Two of our famous creations – Bent Buckle Brisket and Cowboys Mac n Cheese – come together in super delicious ways like the Fritos® Brisket Mac n Cheese, and we continue our innovation with new takes on tradition with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Elote, and The BLT Dog.”
“Our Plant Based Touchdown program with vegetarian options for fans continues with the return of our Awesome Burger, Buffalo Chik’n Nachos and Touchdown Tots,” said Wasai.
Wasai leads the Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium team along with Executive Chef Marcelo Vasquez, Executive Pastry Chef Marcello Guevara and Concessions Chef Heather Fuller, with culinary innovation and excellence brought to fans each and every NFL Season at the Home of the Dallas Cowboys.

Plant-Based Touchdown Continues with Vegetarian Game Day Choices
Launched in 2021, plant-based offerings that feature classic favorites with vegetarian ingredients, including local produce grown at WE Over Me Farm at Paul Quinn College in Dallas, will return for the 2023 Dallas Cowboys NFL Season.
Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium and Paul Quinn College’s WE Over Me Farm partner each season for “Plant-Based Touchdown,” a culinary campaign focusing on the health benefits and full flavors of fresh produce to inspire African-American, Latino, Native American and all fans to incorporate more plants in their diet, directly combating diabetes, hypertension and other chronic illnesses.
Legends Hospitality has purchased fine produce from WE Over Me Farm since 2009 as ingredients in the famous menus at AT&T Stadium for Dallas Cowboys gamedays, as well as major sports and entertainment events and experiences.

The popular Rally Day experience for fans to enjoy outstanding family fun time and tours at Home of the Dallas Cowboys on days prior to select home games each Dallas Cowboys NFL Season returns for 2023 – 2024 with the exciting fun activities and programming at the beautiful outdoor Miller Lite® House on the West Plaza at AT&T Stadium. This branded destination that boasts a 70-yard Cowboys turf field featuring field games, four video boards and over 60 television screens, two fantasy football screen walls and over 87,000 outdoor square-feet for event day experiences. The space also features two beer gardens and a walk-in beer cooler. This space will be activated on Rally Days for this season with interactive games for the whole family, photos and autographs from Dallas Cowboys Alumni Players, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, as well as Rowdy.
