We teamed up with the IIF (International Iguana Foundation) to make a special beer for some special creatures.
You might remember last year we held an event with the Turtle Survival Alliance. Through that connection – we met Rick, the director of the IIF. Rick asked if we wanted to have an iguana party and we said of course!
The artwork depicted here represents the endangered Red Iguana in Galapagos. The IIF supports the conservation of many different rare and interesting species of iguanas around the world.
As it turns out, one of their favorite treats is the hibiscus flower, so we brewed up a fresh batch of Galapagos 7% – Hibiscus Saison and will be donating 25% of can sales to the IIF.
Galapagos will be available on draft and in cans to-go. It is a taproom exclusive.
Food truck on this day: Kelly’s Onion Burger
As with all events, this event is free and family friendly.
Wristbands are $15 if you’d like to drink beer which covers one souvenir pint glass and four pours of beer.
There will be two iguanas on site for yall to check out. It’ll be rad.
Hope you can make it!
Cheers,
Thank you for signing up!
