STAGE WEST PRESENTS FIRST TUESDAY: THE ART OF THE CHARCUTERIE BOARD

(Fort Worth, Texas)  Stage West continues its First Tuesdays events on Tuesday, October 4

with The Art of the Charcuterie Board. It will start at 6pm, and will last approximately 90 minutes.

Tickets are $20 each. Stage West’s season ticket holders receive a variety of discounts for the

program.

OPENING ACT: From 6:00 to 6:30, guests may enjoy a complimentary drink from the bar; they

will be able to snack on the items on the finished board! 

MAIN EVENT: A charcuterie board is a beautiful and tasty way to add an artistic and edible

element to any party. And starting at 6:30, Randi Proffitt will walk you through selecting and

arranging meats, cheeses, fruits and more for your next party's culinary showstopper.

Randi Proffitt has a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology, and can often be found waiting on Café

diners at Stage West. She became interested in charcuterie some months back, and as The

Boardologist, she is often called on to provide her boards for parties in her spare time.
