Goncalves brings more than 20 years of management experience across multiple industries, with a distinguished career focus on luxury hotels and private club management.
Perched on the 48th floor of Santander Tower in the heart of downtown Dallas, Tower Club Dallas offers members and guests an unparalleled experience defined by sweeping skyline views, fine dining, exclusive networking events and flexible meeting spaces.
Long regarded as a hub for Dallas’ most dynamic professionals and community leaders, the club has built a reputation for curating some of the city’s most distinctive events including The Grand Cut, a nightlife experience featuring a live tuna carving, Annual Fight Night, Pickleball in the Sky, one of the world’s tallest indoor pickleball court and Bonton Farms community events including Soul Shine concerts.

Originally from Brazil, Goncalves began his food and beverage career in San Francisco in 2008, working in some of the city’s most respected upscale restaurants before expanding his expertise with stints in New York and Florida.
His career journey evolved into luxury hotel and private club management, where he has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams and elevating guest experiences and member communities.
Most recently, Goncalves served as General Manager at Tower Club Fort Lauderdale, another property within the Invited Clubs portfolio, where he demonstrated the collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence that define his approach to service.
Goncalves is committed to driving innovation and service at the highest level as he settles into his new role. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his son Liam and his dog Bella, playing golf, exploring great restaurants and sharing meaningful moments with friends.
